HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER?

Order processing takes place during normal business hours, Monday through Thursday. Please allow 1-2 days for processing. Orders received after 2PM will begin processing the following business day.  Order placed on Fridays will also be processed the next business day.

WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING?

Shipping times depend on your location in the USA, Canada, and the UK. The USPS site quotes, but does not guarantee, 2-8 business days for domestic delivery. International shipping is longer.

Custom orders take 2 weeks to create and deliver because they are made-to-order. 

If a package can't be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, Alkaline Harvest is not responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package.

You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence or the country in which the package is shipped and received. More information on international shipping coming soon.
